A journey to the origins of Indian Tantrism and the supreme expression of the Divine feminine through the āsanas of traditional Tantra Yoga, formerly practiced and spread by the Yoginīs and the sacred dances formerly transmitted by the Devadāsī in Indian temples.
Goddess Tantric yoga ® was created by Maya Swati Devi after almost twenty years of study and research on yoga, on the Indian Tantrism of the Sakta and Kaula tradition, on the spiritual disciplines of India and on the various forms of Indian and mystical dance.
Yoginīs are enlightened women who are able to provoke a direct experience of the Higher Reality with a precisely addressed gesture or word. These indomitable Masters enjoy every form of freedom and are endowed with supernatural powers (siddhi); their wise and powerful figures show the way of spiritual evolution to every true spiritual seeker.
In Tantrism the cult of the GREAT MOTHER or SAKTI is not only the simple worship of the external form of divinity, the superficial idolatry of the figure or ritual act of veneration; the ten cosmic forces, Dasha Mahavidya, represent the fundamental pillars of knowledge, the ten universal Energies which reside in the microcosm and in the macrocosm and which regulate their entire existence.

The traces of an ancient female wisdom, origin of yogic practices, can be read in the sacred scriptures, in the biographies of the masters and in tantric practices:
Abhinavagupta in the Tantraloka, defines himself yoginībhū, generated by a yoginī and his doctrine, the kaula (the way of the siddhas) comes from the teachings of a woman, the "DAUGHTER OF TRIAMBAKA" identifiable with Uṣā, called lady of the Dawn, Daughter of Heaven or Dancer of Heaven.

You will find and rediscover your body through the practices of the tantric yoga of the goddesses through the Śakti Mantra Sādhana, the āsanas of the Yoginīs and the 10 Mahāvidyās, the Mudras, the Yantra meditation, returning to the purest essence of the śakta tantrism tradition. entering the divine dance of Kundalini Devi.

Goddess Tantric yoga ® is based on the application of the principles of tantric yoga in the art of classical Indian dance, which combines a sequence of positions (Asanas) inspired by the DASHA MAHAVIDYA, the ten goddesses of wisdom of the Sakta tantric tradition, combined with techniques of purification as Kriya, Mantra, Pranayama in a continuous fluid movement that becomes a dance.
The sequences are a harmonic fusion of Indian dance to create body awareness of movement and the basic principles of traditional tantric yoga to develop body-mind-spirit perception.

In the practice of Goddess Tantric yoga © the "divine breath" is felt, as a tingling or vibration under the skin that becomes deeper and more subtle as you immerse yourself in the asanas. The perception of the effervescence can give life to what is called "RIDING THE TIGER" in Tantric language and can only come from freedom and inner truth.
Goddess Tantric yoga ® is a practice of movements that penetrate the sacred space of an extra-sensory experience, inserting the body in a space of spiritual awareness, protecting it from the disintegrating forces of dualism in everyday reality.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSING THE TRAINING COURSE:

Goddess Tantric yoga ® annual training training is recommended for those who have already practiced yoga for at least a year or who teach Hatha yoga or the various modern and traditional forms and want to deepen the sacred feminine aspect and the Sakta tantric tradition.

-Learning specific Bandha and Mula Bandha
-Yantra meditation of the Dasha Mahavidya
- Tantric meditation and visualizations.
- Nyasa technique and invocation of the goddesses in the body.
-Introduction to the Sanskrit language and correct pronunciation of the asanas and mantras.
-Pranayama and vyāyāma (support practice)
-Tantric Puja (tantric mantras, mudras, offerings and meditation)
- Origins of Tantrism and Tantra Yoga; spiritual cultures of the world; modern understanding of tantra / yoga and traditional tantric / yogic philosophy (Trika, Kundalini, etc.), lifestyle and ethics, asana theory.
-Tantric Abisheka initiation with celebration of Devi Puja in a place surrounded by nature.

- Final exam test in order to obtain the DEVI TANTRA YOGA certificate of 50 hours YACEP.

Participation certificate
Upon completion of the course, after passing the final exam, a certificate of participation from the DEVI TANTRA YOGA School will be issued. of Tantra-Yoga and Tantrism recognized by YOGA ALLIANCE, for 50 training YACEP credits. Once the course is completed, the dissemination of practices and teaching must be authorized by Maya Swati Devi with a personal letter to the student. Tantric principles
Our school is based on the traditional principles of Indian Tantrism and we would like to emphasize that our courses are conducted with respect for our lineage and all the people who participate in it. Our teaching method does not promote sexual or erotic practices but our approach is yogic and spiritual. Therefore, please respect others as divine beings and as fellow students in the study group. Unethical or incorrect behavior will not be tolerated during the lessons and the center hosting the training reserves the right to remove people who disturb the group.
